  • Within an exciting revitilization effort of the city through uniting its art and culture district, the Griffin Auto Buidling is a successful adaptive reuse of an automotive building into a music venue with bar and restaurant. The design maintains its original character and contributes to the community's identity. The Amphitheater is well-sited with its adjacency to parks and farmers' market and appears to be a generous and vibrant public amenity. This siting stratgey is advantageous as the Phase I components can work together to take on larger coordinated festivals and events.
