  • The integration of contemporary office uses gives a building that would have otherwise stood vacant an exciting new life. The project is a spark of visual interest at an intersection that is otherwise dominated by highways. A clean material palette both references the buildings industrial heritage, but also provides a sense of scale and warmth to its interiors. Interesting spatial moments occur between the historic silos and new addition.
